About the authors
Scott J. Shackelford
Assistant Professor of Business Law and Ethics
Kelley School of Business, Indiana University

Professor Shackelford earned his Bachelorrsquo;s degree, summa cum laude, from Indiana University, his Masters in International Relations, with highest distinction, from the University of Cambridge as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar, and his J.D., with academic and pro bono distinction, from Stanford Law School where he was co-Editor-in-Chief of the Stanford Journal of International Law. Prior to joining the Kelley School faculty, Professor Shackelford worked at the multinational law firm Hogan Lovells, clerked at the NASA Office of General Counsel, and taught law to undergraduates at Stanford University. Professor Shackelford teaches cybersecurity, international business law, and sustainability among other courses, as well as being a fellow at the Center for Applied Cybersecurity Research. He has written more than 30 articles, essays, and book chapters that have been published in such publications as the New York University Environmental Law Journal, American Business Law Journal, Stanford Environmental Law Journal, and the Berkeley Journal of International Law. Professor Shackelford has also written op-eds on the topic of cybersecurity that have been published in the Huffington Post and the San Francisco Chronicle, while his research has been covered by National Public Radio, the Atlantic, and USA Today. His academic work has been recognized with such awards as the Stanford Law School Steven Block Civil Liberties Award for Writing on Civil Rights, and in 2011 Professor Shackelford won the Indiana University Trusteesrsquo; Teaching Award for Excellence. A frequent speaker to a variety of audiences, Professor Shackelford has presented his research on cybersecurity at diverse forums, including Notre Dame, Georgetown, Australian National University, the Prime Minister and Cabinet Office of the Government of Australia, the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, NATO, the Swedish National Defense College, and the Indiana Counter Proliferation Task Force.

Anjanette Raymond
Associate Professor of Business Law and Ethics
Kelley School of Business, University of Indiana

Anjanette (Angie) Raymond is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Law and Ethics, at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, and an Adjunct Associate Professor of Law at Maurer Law School (Indiana). She is currently a Visiting Fellow in International Commercial Law at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary, University of London as well as a Professor in the International Business Law Program at the University of Navarra, Spain and lectures on international arbitration at the World Intellectual Property Organization. Angie has written widely in international commercial law, international commercial arbitration, and international secured transactions in such publications as the Harvard Negotiation Law Review (forthcoming), Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property, and the American Review of International Arbitration. As well as several book chapters, such as ‘How May International Standards Assist the Law Reform in England?’ in iAvailability of Credit and Secured Transactions in a Time of Crisisi (Cambridge) and iUN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG): A Commentaryi (Beck), Angie is currently an invited member of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law Online Dispute Resolution Working Group, Non-Governmental Organization (Institute of International Commercial Law (IICL)) and was the former research assistant to the US delegate to UNCITRAL and the reporter for the revision of the sales and leases articles of the Uniform Commercial Code. Angie is also an active mooter, co-coaching a team to the finalist award at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

Eric L. Richards
Professor of Business Law
Kelley School of Business, Indiana University

Professor Richards has been a Professor of Business Law in the Department of Business Law and Ethics at the Kelley School of Business since 1979. Prior to his appointment at the Kelley School, he spent two years as an Assistant Professor of Business Law at the University of Kansas. Throughout his teaching career, Professor Richards has published extensively in both law and business law journals. His research has focused on antitrust law, constitutional law, and international trade. He also has served as an editor for the American Business Law Journal. Professor Richards has taught at the undergraduate, graduate, and executive level both in the United States and Europe. He has taught courses covering ethics, personal law, the legal environment of business, commercial law, and international trade law. During his career, he has authored or co-authored four text books covering both U.S. domestic law and international trade law. These texts are used at universities throughout the world. During his career, Professor Richards has received over 30 university and national awards for his research and teaching. He currently serves as the Chair of Indiana University#39;s Kelley Direct Public MBA program.
