Description

MBE Decoded, Second Edition, by Mary Basick & Tina Schindler is a comprehensive bar preparation book that provides MBE rules as well as tips and strategies on how the rules are tested, how to avoid distractor decoy answers, and how to study effectively for the MBE portion of the bar exam.

MBE Decoded provides the rules in a concise, easily manageable and understandable format. The authors thoroughly analyzed every released MBE question to identify common testing patterns, note heavily tested topics, and provide tips and strategies on distractor decoy answers to help students avoid selecting the wrong answers. The introductory chapter walks students through HOW to solve MBE questions, which alone can improve an applicant’s MBE scores simply by approaching the questions in an effective and efficient manner. The other chapters cover each MBE-tested subject and aid in memorization and understanding of the tested rules. The book encompasses both strategies and substantive rules for students to properly engage with the material when completing practice MBE questions. For maximum effect, this book should be used in conjunction with a full practice question bank.
