More about Practical Contract Law for Paralegals: An Activities-Based Approach, the activities-based approach of the Fourth Edition builds valuable contract management skills. Numerous assignments that mirror the work of an actual paralegal teach students to read, draft, and implement contracts, as well as to research and apply local law. Ideal for both the classroom and online courses, this book combines contracts and applied legal research for paralegals. Accessible explanations of doctrine and principles prepare students to tackle assignments based on state-specific laws and procedures.

The Law Simulation Series: Contracts is a series of simulated, experiential learning environments designed to provide students with an interactive law office environment suitable for the development and refinement of competencies needed for the real-world legal workplace
